2.3.3.2
Overlap horizontal [%]
The "No. of images in each single row", "Overlap [%]"
14
shows the calculated horizon-
tal overlap in [%]. As seen before the number of images in each single row between
Nadir and Zenith are rounded values. That's the reason, sometimes the horizontal
overlaps are slightly smaller as defined in the input field. These parameter are not
used as an input in the PanoMachine - but they are very important to guarantee a suf-
ficient overlap for the stitch program.
2.3.3.3
Step size horizontal [°]
The output field "No. of images in each single row", "Step size [°]"
14
shows the calcu-
lated horizontal step size between two single images in a column in [°]. This parameter
is calculated in the PanoMachine and is not used as a PanoMachine input.
2.3.3.4
Overlap in the horizontal plain [%] (with optimizer)
The output field "Overlap in the horizontal plain [%]"
15
shows the calculated horizon-
tal overlap [%] for the not existing row on the horizontal plain, when the no. of rows is
even. This helps when estimating the horizontal overlaps in general.
2.3.3.5
Total no. of images in rows
This output field
16
shows the number of images necessary for the whole panorama
(excl. Nadir/Zenith images).
2.3.3.6
Horizontal Angle of View of a single image [°]
This output field
17
shows the horizontal AoV of a single image. The value complies
with the small format size and is only used as an internal parameter for calculation.
