1. Operation
1.1 Device State Check
When the power of the device is turned on, the device state check starts automatically.
• If the device is working correctly, the check process completes in about 2 to 12 minutes.
(The check process time varies depending on the model, instantaneous flow rate, and
concentration of sample water.)
• At its completion of the check process, the buzzer sounds 4 times and monitoring starts.
z Remote signal
When the remote signal is utilized, the device keeps in standby until the remote signal permits
monitoring.
z Abnormal state
If the device is not in a normal state, the check is repeated. During a repeated check, “Self
Check Retry” is displayed.
If the device is still not in a normal state for the repeated check, the buzzer sounds, an error
message is displayed in the LCD, and the device enters the standby mode.

NOTE
“Wash F :F265” or Wash Flow F:F086” may occur and buzzer may sound during first operation
after replacing the fiber filter in spite that the ball valve is open and raw water

pressure is
applied.
This is an initial phenomenon caused by bubbles in the filter casing assembly. It is not a device
error.
If the same alarm occurs, repeat the manual monitoring several times.
