prefectural and municipal ordinances; therefore, contact the competent administrative authority for more information.

newly adopted, or the work
procedures to handle it are changed,
the business operator is required to
perform risk assessment.
* The risk assessment refers to the
identification of the dangers and
hazards of a chemical substance
or its manufacture, estimation of
the extent of possible harm or
health hazard to the worker, and
examination of the risk reduction
measures.
