Motion controller installation checklist for manufacturer/installer
The following items must be satisfied by the initial test operation at least. The manufacturer/installer
must be responsible for checking the standards in the items.
Maintain and keep this checklist with related documents of machines to use this for periodic
inspection.

2. Is directive/standard contained in Declaration of Conformity (DoC)? Yes [ ], No [ ]
3. Does the protection instrument conform to the category required? Yes [ ], No [ ]
