1-1 HOW TO SWITCH OVER <REMOTE CONTROLLER>

The details of slide switch.

    

Remove the front lid.

Be sure to set swith inside the remote controller to an appropriate

    

position inaccordance with the installed position of the indoor unit. If the 

    

swith is not set correctly the air-conditioner not function properly. (refer 

    

to the Page 30)

NOTICE:

·

If the indoor unit unstalled more than 50cm away from 

    the side walls, cabinets or other neareby objects,set 

    the side switch to the "center" position.

Insert the two batteries (AAA) in the place.

Reattach the front lid.

Press the RESET button with a pen, etc.

Installation instructions

In order to avoid slight vibration of the mounting plate, Holes marked 

with       should be fixed, and parts marked with     should be also 

fixed as possible.

2-2 Drill holes in wall

Confirm the hole position

      When using expansion screws buried into cement wall, you shall use 

elliptical holes of 11

×

20 and 11

×

26 with 45cm apart from each other to fix 

the mounting panel. If the expansion screw is too long, use short screws 

sold in market.

Drill a hole (diameter: 65mm) tilting slightly downwards from inside 

to outside.

2. Installation for indoor unit

2-1 Fixing of mounting plate

Look for a structural part (such as a pole) so that you are sure to fix the 

mounting panel horizontally. If the indoor unit declines, the furniture 

will be wet and contaminated by water drop from the unit.

Always use the wall hole sleeve

, which prevents the connection wires 

between indoor and outdoor unit from contacting the metallic parts inside 

wall and rodent pest from occurring. 

2-3 Specifications for power cord and connection wires

Use special cables for air conditioner.

·

Lead out a power cord from the left or right bottom of the indoor unit.

Don’t bind the rest power cord together, keep it in good order as shown

2-4 Connection of indoor/outdoor wires

Each air conditioner should be equipped with special power supply line. Power 

supply specification should accord with national regulations and be installed 

with independent switch.

Don’t cut off the power cord and connect it to other lines, or fire may occur.

Open the front panel.

② 

Remove the screw whitch fixed electrical cover to open it.

③ 

Pass the indoor/outdoor unit connecting wire from the back of the 

     indoor unit,then connect it to the terminal bed. Connect the earth
     wire to the marked grounding termind on the electrical bow.

④ 

Place the electrical cover securely.
