安装说明

向后、向右和向下铺设管道

管道铺设
·管道配置
  将製冷剂管道和排水软管汇总在一起,使用包扎带进行缠绕。

注 意 , 切 勿 使 排 水
软管抬高起来。

由管道末端开始,使用管

道包扎带  牢靠地缠绕。

往右侧配管时切掉此部分。 往下侧配管时切掉此部分 。

·把管道和排水管插入墙壁孔套管

,并把室内机组的上半部

  分挂在安装板

上。

·左右移动空调机,检查空调机是否可靠地挂在安装板

上。

向左或者左后铺设管道

·管道配置

将製冷剂管道和排水软管汇总在一起,先用管道包扎带进行
缠绕,再用毛毡包扎带

进行缠绕。

注意,切勿使排水软管抬高起来。

往左侧方向配管时,在
此切断去掉。

应从管道末端开始缠绕毛毡包
扎带   (毛毡包扎带   重叠部分
应为毛毡包扎带宽度的1/3)

左、左背后配管时,一定也要把排水管改装过,如果不加改
装,可能产生滴露水。

室内机组背面右侧的橡胶塞

抓住尖端凸缘部分把橡胶塞拔下来。

卸下室内机组背面左侧的排水软管

抓住箭头所指捏手部分按

方向拔出排水软管。

将橡胶塞塞入室内机组背面装插排水管的部位

用内六角扳手把橡胶塞压入排水盘接口处。

将排水软管接插到室内机组背面右侧的排水软管接插部位

请将排水软管插到排水盘接口处。一定要确认软管是否确
实卡住排水盘的突起卡爪。

製冷剂管与延长配管的连接

如果在墙中已埋设有延长配管或配线时,即请按照下图所示
要领进行配管连接工作。
①将室内机组上部钩住安装板

,并考虑到配管的收纳而尽可

能向左边靠紧之后,切下一块包装材料(当衬垫用)使卡住背
面凸缘,如右图所示抬高室内机组。

连接起来。

·将管道穿过墙壁,将机组吊

装在安装板

上,推入室内

机组直到它发出卡嗒一声。

2-7 排水管道铺设

为了使排水顺畅,应使排水管道形成往下倾斜状态配
管。(图1)
切勿使排水管道连接形成如图2~图3上所示。

假如装在室内机组上的排水软管,使用时长度还不够,可采
用附件中的排水软管   连接使用。
排水软管需通过室内时,一定要使用市场上销售的隔热材料
缠绕包扎。
