Open the front cover
of the control section.

Control section

HDD installation fitting

Damping rubber

F140 cable

PCMCIA interface PCB (HR841)

Fixing screw

Leave 4 pins open

PCB section

1-pin indication mark

F140 cable

HDD fixing fitting

Take care to the connector
direction, and leave 4 pins on
the left open when connecting.

Incorrect connections may damage the devices, so connect the cables to the specified
connectors.
Do not replace the HDD while the power is ON.

Dispose the spent HDD according to local laws.
