9. Removal of the KEYPAD PCB
ASSY
1. Remove the front cover and back cover following “1.
Removal of the front cover and back cover”.
2. Remove the top cover following “2. Removal of the
top cover”.
3. Place the top cover bottom down as shown in Fig.
2-9.
4. Disconnect the connector (CN6) as shown in Fig.
2-9.
5. Remove
the
fi ve screws (a) as shown in Fig. 2-9.
6. Remove the KEYPAD PCB ASSY as shown in Fig.
2-9.

10. Removal of the lens
1. Remove the front cover and back cover following “1.
Removal of the front cover and back cover”.
2. Remove the top cover following “2. Removal of the
top cover”.
3. Remove the MAIN PCB ASSY following “3. Removal
of the MAIN PCB ASSY and motor fan (exhaust)”.
4. Remove the ballast board following “4. Removal of
the lamp power unit”.
5. Remove the optical unit following “5. Removal of the
optical unit”.
6. Remove the four screws (a) as shown in Fig. 2-10.
7. Remove the lens as shown in Fig. 2-10.
