OPERATING PROCEDURE
PHOTOS
1. Removing the cabinet
(1) Remove the screws fixing the top panel and top panel.
(2) Remove the screws fixing the service panel.
(3) Pull down the service panel and remove it from the cabinet.
(4) Remove the screws fixing the cabinet.
2. Removing the inverter assembly
(1) Remove the top panel, the service panel and the cabinet.
(2) Disconnect the connectors (CN641),(CN642),(CN601) and
(CN724) on the electronic control P.C. board.
(3) Remove the connectors (CN771) and (CN913) on the relay
P.C. board.
(4) Remove the lead wires from the reactor(L64) on the TB2.
(5) Remove the screws fixing the relay panel.
5. Removing the noise filter P.C. board
(1) Remove the top panel, the service panel and the cabinet.
(Refer to 1)
(2) Remove the electronic control P.C. board and relay P.C.
board.
(3) Remove all the connectors and the terminals on noise filter
P.C. board.
(4) Remove the ground wire screwed down on the relay panel.
(5) Remove the noise filter P.C. board.
4. Removing the relay P.C. board
(1) Remove the top panel, the service panel and the cabinet.
(Refer to 1)
(2) Remove all the connectors and the terminals on relay P.C.
board.
(3) Remove the relay P.C. board.
3. Removing the electronic control P.C. board
(1) Remove the top panel, service panel and the cabinet.
(Refer to 1)
(2) Remove the cover.
(3) Remove all the connectors and the terminals on the control
P.C. board.
(4) Remove the connector from the compressor.
(5) Remove the screws fixing the PFC and IPM.
(6) Remove the electronic control P.C. board from the heat
sink.
