When Not Using the Refrigerator for a Long Time (Removing the Power Plug)

Check that

Pour out the water and ice in the water tank, ice tray, and ice storage box, then clean these parts.
Wash the water tank, water supply pump, tank pipe, tank cap, lid, water supply pipe, ice storage box,
soundproof mat, ice tray, and ice server. Then dry them completely and return them to their original
positions.

Do not throw away the soundproof mat.
Remove the power plug.
Clean the interior of the refrigerator, and open the doors for 2 to 3 days to dry the inside.
* If the refrigerator is not dried sufficiently, there may be mold, odors, or refrigerant (gas) leaks due to
condenser corrosion.
Wash the water tank, water supply pipe and ice tray before making ice for the first time, or if you have not made
ice for more than a week.
There may be odors or dust on the parts.
When the
Mark Blinks Rapidly (Around 5 Times Per Second)
There may be a problem with the refrigerator, such as loss of cooling ability, and inspection is required.
Contact the retail store where you purchased the refrigerator or contact MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC SERVICE
CENTER or its service agent.
When the Alarm Sounds and the Refrigerator Interior Lights Blink
(Door Alarm)
If the Alarm Does Not Stop
Check that all doors are closed without any gaps.
If the alarm does not stop, there may be a problem with the refrigerator and inspection is required.
Contact the retail store where you purchased the refrigerator or contact MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC SERVICE
CENTER or its service agent.
Stopping the alarm (continuous beeps)
It is possible to temporarily stop the alarm until servicing can be performed.
Touch
to illuminate the icons, then touch
for 5 seconds or longer.
* If the alarm does not stop after performing the above operation, or if it continues to sound periodically, also
check the other devices around the refrigerator.
All doors have an open/closed sensor.
The door alarm (alarm sound, interior lights, and compartment display on the operation panel) occurs
when any door is left open for 1 minute or longer.
The number of times the door alarm sounds and the action of the interior lights and operation panel
compartment display change as follows according to how long the door has been left open.
