When putting warm food inside, touch and set Hot
Freezing.

place it away from other food.
Frozen food may melt if it contacts warm food. Leave space
between the food.
Supercool
Freezing food
does not freeze.

Is food stacked all the way to the top?
Leave space between the food and ceiling so that cold air can flow.

Has enough time passed after installation?
Food takes time to cool completely.
●
Has around 1 day passed after putting the
food inside?
Food takes around 24 hours to freeze completely. Reduce the
number of times that the door is opened as much as possible.
Supercool
Freezing food

Is the supercool freezing compartment set to
[FRZ]?
Set the supercool freezing compartment to
[SOFT FRZ]
. If it is
already set, set to [SOFT FRZ L].

Does the food have a high water content?
Food with a high water content may freeze too much. It is
recommended that you wait for 5 - 15 minutes and then press with
your other hand on the back of the knife when cutting. Also use the
[SOFT FRZ L] setting.

Do foods freeze in the same way as in the
freezer?
The frozen appearance is the same as foods in the freezer .
Vegetable compartment

Noise
A rattling noise
occurs.
●
Is an object in the surroundings in contact
with the refrigerator?
Leave space around the refrigerator . If the refrigerator is in
contact with an object or wall, noise may occur.

Check the installation of the water tank and
water supply pipe.
Push the water tank all the way in. If the water tank is out of
position, the noise of the water supply pump will increase.
If it is lifted, water freezing and noise may occur.

The noise gets louder suddenly.
Or the tone changes.
The compressor operates at high speed and cooling power is
increased at times such as when the refrigerator is first used, when
the weather is hot, and when the doors are opened frequently.

A humming sound is heard when the doors
are closed.
This is the sound of the cooling fan motor starting.

A sudden creaking sound may occasionally
be heard from inside the refrigerator when
the door is open.
This is the creaking sound that occurs as warm air enters and causes
plastic to expand.

A hissing, bubbling, or running water sound
may be heard occasionally.
This is the sound of the refrigerant (gas) flowing.
●
A rattling or squeaking sound occasionally
occurs (every 1 to 2 hours).
This is the sound of the automatic ice maker. Even when there is no
water in the water tank, the automatic ice maker and pump make a
sound about every 100 minutes.

After turning on the power, a thumping or
creaking sound may be heard when ice
making is stopped (every 1 to 2 hours).
This is the sound of the operation check. The check is performed
even when ice making is stopped.
Door
Doors do not
close.
Doors open easily.

Is a door making contact with food or a case
inside the refrigerator? Is too much food
packed inside?
Store food so that the closed door does not make contact with it.
In the refrigerator compartment, place food on the shelves . Limit
storage so that there is no contact with the
ceiling
when the drawer doors are opened
and closed.
Also do not attach a case that you purchased
separately onto the outside of a pocket.

Has food fallen behind a drawer case, or is
the power cord or another object trapped
between the refrigerator and a door?
Remove any trapped objects. Make sure that the door does not trap
objects such as food, power cords, or plastic bags.

Is the refrigerator installation stable?
Are the adjustable supports making contact
with the floor?
Rotate and lower the adjustable supports to raise the front side
slightly and make the doors easier to close.
