7 ABSOLUTE POSITION DETECTION SYSTEM
7.1 Outline
System architecture
The following shows the architecture of the absolute position detection system.
When connecting the battery-less absolute position encoder
Servo parameter setting [G]
Set [Pr. PA03 Absolute position detection system] to "1" (enabled (absolute position detection system)).
Homing
After the absolute position detection system is enabled, [AL. 025 Absolute position erased] occurs at the initial startup. Then,
ABSV (Absolute position erased) turns on. Refer to "CONTROL MODE" in the following manual and perform homing.
