Hold and tighten the spring until the hook on the spring aligns with 

the hole in the steel frame.

Hold the spring tensioning  tool and pull the spring hook towards the 

steel frame, insert the hook into the hole in the steel frame, it should 

engage fully in the hole, if the hook is not completely in the hole, tap 

it.

drawings are the numbers of the holes in the frame from the “ZERO point” and the corresponding V-Rings on the 

mat.
