BASIC JUMPS
1. Start in an upright position. Legs in line with shouldes
and eyes pointed at the mat.
2. Swing your arms forward in a circular motion.
3. After gaining momentum, bring together the tips of
your feet pointing downwards while in the air.
4. Position legs in line with shoulders upon landing.
1. Start with a basic bounce.
2. Land on your knees,with your back straight.
3. Bounce back to starting position, by swinging your
arms up.
1. Land in a seated position ,with your hands on the
mat.
2. Place arms in line with body. Do not straighten arms
in elbows.
3. Return to the basic position by pushing with your
hands.
1. Land on your stomach with your arms outstretched
in front of you.
2. Bounce to the starting position by pushing yourself
off the mat with your hands.
1. Start with a rebound from a laying position.
2. Push off the mat with your left or right hand to make
a rotation around your own axis.
3. Land flat and bounce to the starting position by
pushing your hands off the mat.
