NWSetup (Windows)

NWSetup is a program that simplifies setup of the Network Card in a Net-
Ware environment.

Requirements

G

A NetWare server on the network

G

IPX/SPX-compatible protocol installed on the computer

G

Novel NetWare Client 32 installed on the computer

G

Operating system: Windows 95, 98, Me, NT 4.0 or 2000

Note

See Appendix A - Installing and Setting Up Network Protocol (Win-
dows) and the applicable Windows documentation for information 
about installing IPX/SPX under Windows.

Installing NWSetup

Use the following procedure to install NWSetup.

1

Load the CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive of the computer you want 
to use.

2

Start 

Setup.exe

 in the 

Nwsetup

 folder on the CD-ROM.

3

Follow the instructions that appear on the screen to complete the in-
stallation.
The default installation directory is 

C:\Program Files\Nwsetup.

 You 

can change this to any other directory during the installation proce-
dure.
