Mail Box
In this mode, each bin can be assigned to a particular person or group.
Any print job performed by that person or group is output to the
appropriate bin.
Note
Examples: Printing a 10 page document
• Select
Mail Box
in the
Output Setting
box without specifying a partic-
ular Mail Bin from the list box. This setting will output all 10 pages of
the document into the lowest numbered bin (Bin 2).
• Select
Mail Box
in the
Output Setting
box. From this box, select both
Mail Bin 2
and
Mail Bin 3
. One copy of the 10-page document will be
output into both bins.
• The value entered into the
Copies
setting in the
Paper
tab must be 1 in
order to output multiple copies of a document into multiple mail bins.
