Unplug the printer’s power cords and 
interface cables.

If you have an high-capacity input 
feeder (HCIF) installed, remove it 
(see page 147).

Remove the top cover and all toner 
cartridges.

Place the toner cartridges in their 
original packaging and foam.

Insert the toner foam spacer.

7

Replace the top cover and secure it with tape.
