Setting Regular Operations

Various regular operations are performed with the power ON to prevent problems, such as ink coagulation, from
occurring (Regular settings). For the regular settings, the following items can be set:

• When the message on the right is displayed, the operations other

than [ROUTINE WIPING] in the regular settings are not performed.
Perform the operations described on P.6-37 as necessary.

• When you turn off the power switch on the front side of the machine,

check the state of the waste ink tank.

• If the connection unit is connected to the cutter unit when the set

time shown above has past, it displays a screen shown on the right,
and regular operations cannot be executed (Reminder buzzer
sounds periodically).
In this case, execute pump tube washing / cleaning, or switch the connection unit to the printer mode
using origin setting (

P.2-33) in the printer mode, and execute regular operations.
