Permissible installation
Mains connection
Connect the machine to the mains supply that it is
designed for (see type plate (U
1
) on the back of the
machine).
Connection of shielding gas
Connect the gas hoses to a gas supply with 2-6 bar
pressure reduction.
Important!
In order to avoid destruction
of plugs and cables, good
electric contact is required when
connecting earth cables and
welding hoses to the machine.
Connection of welding hose
Configuration
MIGATRONIC disclaims all responsibility for damaged
cables and other damage related to welding with
undersized welding torches and welding cables
measured by welding specifications e.g. in relation to
permissible load.
Worn-out electrical equipment must be
separately collected and handed over for
reuse according to EU-directive 2012/19/EU.
Dispose of the product according to local
standards and regulations.

Connection of old Migatronic TIG machines
For connection of TIG ERGO welding hoses to old
generations of TIG machines, the following extra
parts are required:

All models with 6 pole plug.
Connect the welding
hose directly and connect
the plug by means of an
adaptor.
