Possible cause and solution
No signal to roast probe
appears in the display.
The roast probe is not being recognized.
Reposition the roast probe in the food.
If the roast probe is still not being recognized, the
signal has failed due to another cause.
In some cases, reception interference can even be
caused by a microwave operating in the vicinity of the
oven, because the microwave uses a similar
frequency range to that of the wireless roast probe.
Turn off the microwave when you are using the
wireless roast probe.
If the roast probe is still not being recognized, it is
faulty. You can purchase a new roast probe from your
Miele dealer or from Miele Technical Service.
Fault with moisture control -
the MasterChef programs
will operate without moisture
appears in the display
after a Mast
has been selected.
The evaporation system is faulty.
Contact Miele Service.
In the meantime, you can run a program that does
not use added moisture.
Fault with moisture control -
Moisture Plus program not
available
appears in the
display after selecting
Moisture Plus

The steam injection system is faulty.
Contact Miele Technical Service.
Use the Convection Bake
program instead of
Moisture Plus
.
A noise is heard after
the cooking process is
complete.
The fan remains turned on after a cooking program
(see “Settings - Cooling fan”).
The oven has turned
itself off.
The oven turns off automatically if a button is not
pressed after a certain amount of time or after a
cooking program has ended to save power.
Turn the oven back on.
