1 egg yolk
125 g flour
One and a half tsp baking powder
Yeast based pizza dough
Sufficient for 1 x 30 cm

125 g flour
10 g yeast
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
70-80 ml lukewarm water
Use approx. 100 ml tomato passata per
pizza.
