3.7

Pressure Test

When the engine is started, the gas and liquid in the intake manifold, exhaust tail pipe, cylinder, and crankcase will
generate pressure. The pressure can be converted into a voltage signal by the pressure probe. Therefore, the ATO
oscilloscope can be tested by the pressure probe. The pressure values are all within a certain range when working
normally. When the values are abnormal, it can help users to troubleshoot.

3.7.1

Intake Manifold

Use ATO oscilloscope to test the pressure and voltage of the intake manifold under the five operating conditions of
the engine, show as below Figure 3-54:
