This article gives the transmit power value of the SFP plugged into Line 1 and Line 2,
read from the Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (Unit = dBm). The actual Transmit Power
in dBm or mW can be obtained by applying the following formula to the returned
value:
Tx_Pwr(mW) = AV/10000
Tx_Pwr(dBm) = 10xlog(AV/10000)
