TeeJet 744A-3 Switch Box - Front

TeeJet 744A-3

If you have ordered a Spraying Systems TeeJet 744A-3

Custom Harness Kit, you will be supplied with an adapter

cable, relay board and 14” nylon ties.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Looking at the back of the TeeJet 744A-3 switch box,

unplug the 15-amp fuse (BLUE). Remove the protective

paper from the double-stick tape on the back of the relay

board and plug in the relay board in its place. Plug the

15-amp fuse (BLUE) into the fuse receptacle on the relay

board.

See Illustration 29.

2. Unplug the standard spray harness from the back of the

box. Plug the adapter cable into the back of the box in

its place.

3. Plug the RED wire from the adapter cable into the

.250 quick disconnect terminal on the relay board.

See Illustration 28.

4. Plug the standard spray harness into the mating

connector of the adapter cable.

PLEASE NOTE: After installing the custom harness kit, the

BLACK tube that plugs into the pressure gauge may not be

long enough. You may need to extend it.

NOTE: The pressure adjust function on the switch box

should be used as a throttle valve ONLY. Once the throttle

valve is set, use the “+” and “-” buttons on the MT-2400

when making rate changes in automatic mode or when

spraying in manual mode.
