Raven Switch Box - Front
Raven
If you have ordered a Raven 203/303 Custom Harness Kit,
you will be supplied with an adapter cable, piggy-back and
.250 terminals, relay board, 14” nylon ties and jumper wire
(orange).
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove the screws from the front of Raven switch
box and pull the front panel and wire loom forward to
provide adequate working space and accessibility. Feed
adapter cable through black split cable loom. Using a
split-loom connector, tie the split-loom cable together
about 10” behind the switch box, to secure the adapter
cable inside the split-loom cable.
2. Crimp a piggy-back terminal (
provided, see Illustration
24)
onto the BLACK, WHITE and GREEN wires of the grey-
jacketed adapter cable.
3. Unplug the BROWN wire from the bottom terminal of
the (boom one) switch, and plug in the GREEN wire from
the grey-jacketed adapter cable in its place. Then plug
the BROWN wire onto the piggy-back terminal of the
GREEN wire.
4. Unplug the BLACK wire from the bottom terminal of the
(boom two) switch, and plug in the WHITE wire from the
grey-jacketed adapter cable in its place. Then plug the
BLACK wire onto the piggy-back terminal of the WHITE
wire.
NOTE: The pressure adjust function on the switch box
should be used as a throttle valve ONLY. Once the throttle
valve is set, use the “+” and “-” buttons on the MT-2400
when making rate changes in automatic mode or when
spraying in manual mode.

6. Crimp an insulated .250 female terminal (RED) onto the

to terminal C on the relay board. Unplug the RED wire

7. Locate the short ORANGE jumper wire (provided), and
plug one end to terminal A of the relay board and the
other end to the bottom terminal of the master switch.
See Illustration 22/23.
8. With all wires connected properly, remove the protective
paper from the double-stick tape on the relay board
and stick the relay board to the back of the front panel
between the master switch and the pressure gauge.
9. Carefully place cables and front panel back into box and
secure with screws.
