If you have ordered a Spraying Systems TeeJet 734 Custom

Harness Kit, you will be supplied with an adapter cable, relay

board, 14” nylon ties and two RED jumper wires.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Locate the black cable tie on the back of the box.

See

Illustration 26.

Cut the tie, being sure not to cut any

wires. Pop the front panel of the TeeJet 734 off. Pull the

front panel and mesh cable jacket forward to provide

adequate working space and accessibility. Feed the 24”

RED jumper wire through mesh cable jacket and into

box (female spade terminal end). Plug the RED jumper

wire onto terminal C on the relay board (male 90û spade

terminal end).

2. Unplug the red wire on the bottom of the master

switch and plug into terminal A on the relay board.

3. Plug one end of the 6” RED jumper wire supplied with

the kit to the bottom terminal of the master switch.

Plug the other end to terminal B on the relay board.

See Illustration 25.

4. With all wires connected properly, remove the protective

paper from the double-stick tape on the relay board

and stick the relay board to the back of the front

panel between the master switch and the increase/

decrease switch.

See Illustration 27.

Tuck wires into

box, making sure wires are not being pinched behind

pressure gauge.

5. Carefully place cables and front panel back into box and

pop front panel back into place.

NOTE: The pressure adjust function on the switch box

should be used as a throttle valve ONLY. Once the throttle

valve is set, use the “+” and “-” buttons on the MT-2400

when making rate changes in automatic mode or when

spraying in manual mode.
