Cross the lines for connections between sensor and PC.

Disconnect or connect the D-sub connection between RS422 and USB converter when the sensor is
disconnected from power supply only.

Analog Output
The sensor provides a current output 4 ... 20 mA.

The output may not be continuously operated in short circuit operation without load resistor. The short
circuit operation leads to durable thermal overload and thus for automatic overload shutdown of the
output.
Connect the white wire and the blue wire on the sensor to a measuring device.
