IMPORTANT HEALTH PRECAUTIONS
Your use of the Product is solely at your own risk. We do not make any representations, warranties or promises about the
accuracy, reliability or effectiveness of any of the Product’s functions or services, including without limitation, the number of
steps you’ve taken, calories burned, sleep quality or duration, heart rate (if applicable), and other information. The Product is
intended to provide a reasonable approximation of information such as pace, steps, calories burned, distance covered, heart rate
(if applicable) and sleep. However, the Product relies on the accuracy of the information you input, uses algorithms that are not
necessarily perfect and is subject to other factors beyond our control. For instance while the heart rate monitor may typically
provide an accurate estimate of a user’s heart rate, there are inherent limitations with the technology that may cause some of
the heart rate readings to be inaccurate under certain circumstances, such as the fit of the device, physiology of the user and
the type and intensity of the activity. We do not guarantee that the information provided by the Product is 100% accurate. The
Product will not precisely track each calorie burned or each step taken, and will not precisely report pace, distance covered, heart
rate, or sleep.
The Product, including any included software, is not a medical device and is intended for fitness purposes only. It is not designed
or intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions, or in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease.
Always seek the advice of a qualified medical professional before making any changes to your exercise, sleep, or nutrition, as
doing so may cause severe harm or death.
PERSONS WITH IMPLANTED MEDICAL DEVICES SHOULD:
(If applicable) Consult your physician before using a heart rate monitor.
Keep the Product more than 20 centimeters away from their medical device when the Product is turned on.
Never carry the Product in their breast pocket.
Use the wrist opposite the implanted medical device to minimize potential for RF interference.
Do not wear the Product if you notice any interference.
CHARGING DOCK OPERATION (FOR PRODUCTS WITH RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES ONLY)
The charging dock is designed for tabletop use. To be compliant with RF exposure guidelines and to avoid interference with
implanted medical devices, maintain a distance of at least 15 centimeters (approximately 6 inches) from the charging dock.
BUILT-IN BATTERY PRECAUTIONS (FOR PRODUCTS WITH RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES ONLY)
Do not dispose of your Product in a fire. The battery could explode.
Do not attempt to replace your Product’s battery. It is built-in and not changeable. The battery should be serviced only by
MICHAEL KORS authorized service centers.
Charge the battery in accordance with the instructions.
Recharge your battery only with MICHAEL KORS-approved chargers that are specifically designed for your Product.
Do not attempt to force open the built-in battery.
Your Product uses a California Energy Commission battery charger.
Batteries (and all electronic equipment) must be recycled or disposed of separately from household waste.
WARNING! Use of non-MICHAEL KORS approved battery or charger may present a risk of fire, explosion, leakage or other hazard.
MICHAEL KORS’s warranty does not cover damage to the device caused by non-MICHAEL KORS approved batteries and/or
chargers.

WARNING REGARDING DISPLAY: The display on your device is made of glass or acrylic and could break if your device is
dropped or if it receives significant impact. Do not use if screen is broken or cracked as this could cause injury to you.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: PROPER USE OF A TOUCH-SCREEN DEVICE. If your device has a touch-screen display, please note
that a touch-screen responds best to a light touch from the pad of your finger or a non-metallic stylus. Using excessive force or
a metallic object when pressing on the touch-screen may damage the tempered glass surface and void the warranty. For more
information, please refer to the “Standard Limited Warranty.”
IMPORTANT! Do not allow the touch-screen to come into contact with other electrical devices. Electrostatic discharges can cause
the touch screen to malfunction.
CAUTION! To avoid damaging the touch screen, do not tap it with anything sharp or apply excessive pressure to it with your
fingertips.
