Activating the calibrator
The calibrator built into the 884 Professional VA guarantees a very high
measuring accuracy for two years after the initial start-up. You can find
more detailed information in the chapter
Calibrator of the detailed man-
ual.
In viva , proceed as follows:
1 Select the 884 Professional VA in the device table of the Configura-
tion section of the program.
2 In the device table, click on the Edit button and select Properties... .
3 Open the Calibrator tab.
4 Click on Activate calibrator and then on OK .
The set-to-work date of the calibrator and the calibrator's serial num-
ber are displayed on the
Calibrator tab after the dialog window has
been closed and opened again.
