Data acquisition with MIRA XTR DS / MIRA DS connected
to MIRA Cal DS

Connect the MIRA XTR DS / MIRA DS instrument to the MIRA Cal DS
software.

Click on the Acquire tab.

Acquire
– Single Acquisition
Check no boxes.
– Continuous Acquisition
Acquisitions without clicking [Acquire] .
– Multi Acquisition
The user selects how many sequential acquisitions are
done. The user selects the time interval between the
sequential acquisitions.

Acquisition settings
If the
Operating Procedure Acquire box is deactivated, the
Acquisition Settings tab appears.
– If you check no boxes, the user selects integration time,
laser power and number of averages.
– If you check Auto Integration , the process determines the
integration time. The user selects the laser power and the
number of averages.
– If you check Smart Acquire , there are no user options for
acquisition.

Operating procedure
The user can select operating procedures that are created in the
software and stored on MIRA XTR DS / MIRA DS.

SERS Operating Procedure
This procedure only appears when the SERS Attachment is con-
nected to the instrument and selected by the user for SERS detec-
tion.

Click on [Acquire] .

Spectra will be displayed in the Sample view.
