6 Transporting sample into the sample loop
The sample needle moves back to the washing position. A second seg-
ment of transport solution is aspirated. The sample is transported
quantitatively into the sample loop.
7 Switching the injection valve to INJECT
The injection valve switches to the INJECT position. The sample loop
is now part of the flow path of the eluent; the sample is transported
to the separation column. The determination is started.
This sequence is repeated for each injection.
