1. SAFETY
Welding is dangerous, and may cause damage to you and others, so take good protection when welding. For
details, please refer to the operator safety guidelines in conformity with the accident prevention requirements of
the manufacturer.
Professional training is needed before operating the machine.
 Use labor protection welding supplies authorized by national
security supervision department.
 Operators should be with valid work permits for metal welding
(cutting) operations.

Cut off power before maintenance or repair.
Electric shock—may lead to serious injury or even death.

Install earth device according to the application criteria.
 Never touch the live parts when skin bared or wearing wet
gloves/clothes.

Make sure that you are insulated from the ground and workpiece.

Make sure that your working position is safe.
Smoke & gas—may be harmful to health.

Keep your head away from smoke and gas to avoid inhalation of
exhaust gas from welding.

Keep the working environment well ventilated with exhaust or
ventilation equipment when welding.
Arc radiation—may damage eyes or burn skin.
 Wear suitable welding masks and protective clothing to protect your
eyes and body.

Use suitable masks or screens to protect spectators from harm.
Improper operation may cause fire or explosion.

Welding sparks may result in a fire, so please make sure no
combustible materials nearby and pay attention to fire hazard.

Have a fire extinguisher nearby, and have a trained person to use it.
 Airtight container welding is forbidden

Do not use this machine for pipe thawing.
Hot workpiece may cause severe scalding.

Do not touch hot workpiece with bare hands.

Cooling is needed during continuous use of the welding torch.
Noise may be harmful to people’s hearing.

Wear approved ear protection when welding.
 Warn spectators that noise may be harmful to their hearing.
Magnetic fields affect cardiac pacemaker.

Pacemaker users should be away from the welding spot before
medical consultation.

Una descarga eléctrica : No utilice la fuente de soldadura en las áreas húmedas o mojadas para
evitar cualquier lesión o muerte.
• Asegúrese de que el la bandeja y el sistema de puesta a tierra de la fuente de entrada está
conectada.
• Siempre cambie el cable dañado o rayado antes de utilizar la máquina.
• Mantenga seco , incluyendo cualquier tela , zona de trabajo , alambre , soldadura antorcha,
torreta de soldadura y fuente de alimentación .
• Mantenga el cuerpo aislado de la pieza de trabajo.
• El operador debe estar parado en una tabla de madera seca o de la plataforma de los zapatos de
los escombros de aislamiento cuando se trabaja en un sobre cerrado en el área húmeda.
• Guantes secos y sellados se deben usar antes de conectar la alimentación .
Campos electromagnéticos : Los trabajadores con un marcapasos deben consultar con su médico
antes de realizar la soldadura. El campo electromagnético puede perturbar el normal funcionamiento
de un marcapasos .
Un trabajador tomará las siguientes medidas para tiempos muertos y exponiéndose al campo
electromagnético:
• Ponga la causa electrodo y cable de trabajo juntos , y también la cinta se puede utilizar si es
posible.
• No enrolle el cable de la antorcha de soldadura y trabajo ronda cable mismo.
• Mantenga el cable de la antorcha de soldadura y cable de trabajo a un lado del mismo.
• Conecte el cable de trabajo a la pieza de trabajo , y llegar a la zona de soldadura lo más pronto
posible .
• Manténgase alejado de fuente de soldadura y el cable lo más posible .
Niebla y gas : La niebla de soldadura y gas puede hacer el trabajador incómodo o enfermo,
especialmente en los limitados espacios / mal ventilados.
• La ventilación natural o mecánica se preparará en el área de trabajo . No suelde en los siguientes
metales : acero inoxidable, cobre, zinc, lectura , berilio o calcio galvanizado. Además , no respire
la niebla soldadura y gas pulg
• No suelde cerca de la operación de desengrasado o pulverizar para evitar el gas fosgeno, tóxicos
o similares o imitan gas.
• Si siente irritación de los ojos , nariz, etc , deje de soldadura a la vez.
Mantenimiento de equipo
: El mantenimiento de los equipos mal o inadecuado puede causar
lesiones o la muerte.
• Sólo personas autorizadas deben llevar a cabo el montaje, mantenimiento y operaciones similares.
• La fuente de alimentación debe estar apagado cuando se necesita realizar trabajos de
mantenimiento .
• Asegúrese de que el cable, cable de tierra , conectores, cable de corriente y la fuente de
alimentación se encuentran en las condiciones normales.
• No abuse de equipos y accesorios.
• Guarde el equipo con seguridad fuera del alcance de los niños.
• No permita que personas no familiarizadas con la herramienta mecánica o con estas instrucciones
utilicen la herramienta eléctrica. Las herramientas eléctricas son peligrosas en manos de personas
inexpertas.
• Utilice siempre los accesorios y equipos adecuados.
