5. Replace the serpentine belt and ensure that the belt is inserted correctly inside the alternator pulley, the water pump pulley,

the crankshaft pulley, and the guide pulleys.

Automatic tensioner

6. Release the automatic tensioner slowly while ensuring that the belt stays positioned properly.
7. Fully rotate the crankshaft twice to ensure that the belt has been correctly fitted.
8. Install the belt cover attachment bracket and secure with two nuts. Tighten the nuts to the specified torque.
