Make sure you always keep the Mercedes me
apps updated.
You can call up the menu using Apps in the multi-
media system.
In the
Apps
menu, the following options can be
available:

Connecting the vehicle with the
Mercedes me
user account

Deleting a connection between a Mercedes
me user account and the vehicle

Calling up the Mercedes me services
R
Calling up apps such as, In-Car O ce or the
web browser depending on availability
In-Car In-Car O ce O ce functions functions
Using In-Car O ce, you can connect your online
services with the multimedia system.
The following functions are available:

Calendar
Showing appointments and triggering actions,
e.g. reading aloud, placing a call, navigating
R
E-mail
Reading, reading aloud, creating, answering
and forwarding e-mails
R
Tasks and calls
Managing tasks and pre-booked calls
R
Voice input
Creating appointments/reminders and tasks

Alternatively, you can record text contents via
the MBUX Voice Assistant or via the dictation
function.

The Zero Layer displays noti cations or
reminders from In-Car O ce, such as birth-
days or calls due (

Please note that certain functions are only
available when the vehicle is stationary.

Using In-Car O ce, you can connect your online
services with the multimedia system.
Requirements for In-Car O ce:
R
The In-Car O ce service is activated in your
Mercedes me user account.
R
You have a Mercedes me user account.
R
You have set a Mercedes me PIN.
R
You have synchronised your Mercedes me
user account in the vehicle and via Mercedes
me.
R
You have a user account with an online
service, e.g. with O ce 365 or Gmail, and
have connected the user account with In-Car
O ce.
Alternatively you can link this user account
from the multimedia system to your Mercedes
me user account. You will be o ered a QR
code that will take you to the website from
which you can make the link.
