To select Delete Contacts Delete Contacts : turn and
press the controller.
A prompt appears asking whether the con-
tact should be deleted.

To select Yes Yes : turn and press the controller.
The phone number is deleted.

The process is canceled.
Importing contacts
Information and requirements
You can import contacts (vCards) into the
phone book from the memory card, a USB
device or via Bluetooth
®
.

1000 to 2000 contacts can be imported
into the phone book. A message notifies
you when the maximum number is reached.
In order to be able to then import new con-
tacts, you have to delete existing contacts
(
Y
page 67).
Depending on the source of the contact data,
different requirements apply:
Source Prerequisites
Memory card The SD memory card is
inserted. It contains
importable contact details.
USB device The USB device is inserted
into the USB port. It con-
tains importable contact
details.
Requirements for receiving vCards via
Bluetooth
®
You can receive vCards from devices (e.g.
from a PC) that support the sending of vCards
via Bluetooth
®
.
Bluetooth
®
must be activated in Audio 20 and
on the respective device (see the operating
instructions for the device).
The Bluetooth
®
device must be able to send
vCards via Bluetooth
®
(see operating instruc-
tions for the device).
Importing from the memory card or USB
device
Contacts imported from the memory card or
from a USB device have the ¯ symbol.
The following conditions must be fulfilled in
order to import vCards:

vCards (vcf files) may be located in the main
directory or in folders. Audio 20 allows you
to select the relevant folders directly.

vCards must have the file extension ".vcf".

vcf files may also contain multiple vCards.
Audio 20 supports vCards in versions 2.1
and 3.0.

To call up the telephone menu: press the
% button.

To switch to the menu bar: slide 6 the
controller.

To select Options Options : turn and press the con-
troller.

To select Download Contacts Download Contacts : turn and
press the controller.
A menu appears.
