14. REPLACING THE POWER PLATE ASSEMBLY
The power plate assembly within the appliance, holds key electrical components. If any element of this
assembly has failed please swap the assembly out following the instruc�ons below.
REMOVING THE FUEL BED PLATE
•
Open the stoves door and fuel effect then remove the complete unit from the body of the
stove as noted on page 17.
•
Loosen the 4 screws in these loca�ons. Do not remove the screws.
Once the screws are loose you can pull the fuel bed plate towards the front of the appliance and then
li� up.
•
The led cable linking the fuel bed plate can remain a�ached. Ensure you rotate the fuel bed plate out
of the appliance and set aside ensuring no tension is applied to the led cable.
•
Once the fuel bed plate is away from the appliance you can gain access to the power plate assembly.
•
Loosen the 2 screws in this loca�on.
•
With the power plate ready to be removed, disconnect the harness for the led connec�ons.
•
Disconnect the cables from the main PCB
•
Remove the power place assembly
•
When installing a replacement follow these steps in reverse.
•
Ensure all wiringis returned to its original loca�on following the wiring diagram located on page 19.
•
Once a replacement assembly has been installed recheck all wiringis in its correct loca�on and test the
