11. Manager menu
This menu provides access to the protected settings
(“Manager functions”) described in the next chapter
provided these have been activated by our Technical
Service staff.
a) Accessing the manager menu

Open the machine
door
and turn the
key-
operated switch
clockwise to the
right
(black
dot in illustration).

When you close the door, the manager menu will
now appear in the
display
.
b) Selecting menu items
First choose the menu item which you would like to
check or change. Press the keys in the
control panel
next to the
respective symbols in the display

the desired menu item or to
accept
a previously set value,

c) Changing menu settings
If values are offered as selection options, then press

d) Confirming / rejecting changes
When you have made a selection and changed the

and to remove the key when you
