12    Cleaning

12.1  Safety instructions for cleaning

The tank heating elements may still be hot after the tank has been emptied. There is
therefore the danger of burns when the machine is cleaned manually.

Electrical components, switch cupboards and other electrical components may not be
sprayed with a water hose or high-pressure cleaner.

12.2  Cleaning after operation

It is recommended that you maintain the machine in good condition not only for reasons of
hygiene but also to keep your dish-washing machine in full working order and to be able to
recognise damage more easily. Observe the following points after operation.

Clean and check that the machine is in working order:

Tank cover screen

Side screen supports

Pump screen (suction side)

Spray protection curtains

Wash pipe jets

Wash tanks

Rinse arm jets

Any  cladding  panels  removed  to  undertake  this  work  must  be  replaced  in  their  original
position after completion of the work. Ensure that all the parts are correctly installed.
