Inhibit coin: coins 1 to 4

0 - 15

Address value = the sum of the codes where:
Code 0 = no coins inhibited
Code 1 = inhibit coin 1 Code 4 = inhibit coin 3
Code 2 = inhibit coin 2 Code 8 = inhibit coin 4
To inhibit more than one coin at the same time, add
their codes together.
For example, codes 1 + 8 = 9. If you choose 9 for this
address range value, coins 1 and 4 will be inhibited.
