• Sheet sanding plate – for general sanding.
1. Remove the mounted sanding plate by
unscrewing the four screws (A) with the
supplied Allen key.
2. Fit the desired sanding plate to the
multi-sander. Ensure that the base
plate (B) and the sanding plate (C)
are correctly aligned, and that the
rubber plate (D) on the sanding plate is
correctly positioned in the recesses on
the multi-grinder.
3. Mount the sanding plate by putting it in
place and tightening the 4 screws.
Attaching the sanding paper
The multi-sander is equipped with both a velcro system and a clip system for replacing the sanding
paper on the sheet sanding plate.
• Dust the sanding pad on the sanding plate before putting new sanding paper into place.
• The sanding paper must fit the sanding plate, and may not stick out over the edges. The holes in
the sanding paper must match the openings in the sanding plate in order for the dust extractor
to work as intended.
• Never use the multi-sander without sanding paper.
• When using sanding paper from a roll, first cut the paper to the correct size, then make holes in
the paper which match the openings on the sanding plate.
• The sanding paper must fit the sanding plate, and may not stick out over the edges. The holes in
the sanding paper must match the openings in the sanding plate in order for the dust extractor
to work as intended.
• Never use the multi-sander without sanding paper.
