• The tool should be well maintained and in good condition.
• If using the tool on a regular basis, use anti-vibration gloves.
Operating voltage
• Make sure that the mains voltage is equal to the voltage indicated on the multi-sander’s rating
label. The multi-sander should be powered by single-phase 230–240 V AC/50 Hz, and is double
insulated. Check that the voltage on the multi-sander’s rating label is equal to the voltage of the
power supply before use.
• If the place in which work is to be completed is not sufficiently near to a power outlet, an
extension cord of sufficient cross section (at least 1.5 mm
2
) can be used. The extension cord
should be as short as possible. Any extension cord should be completely wound up and stretched
out to avoid the risk of overheating.
