Maintenance
Your Medline rolling walker should be checked periodically to ensure the brakes are
functioning properly and that all nuts and bolts are secure.
Periodically check the brakes:
• To test the stopping position by walking, squeeze the brake handles up and then try to
push the rolling walker.
• To test the locking position assure the tester's weight is distributed evenly, momentarily
remove one hand at a time from the hand grip to reach down to lockwheels and then
try to push the rolling walker.
If the brakes do not lock the wheels, the brakes need to be adjusted. If adjustment does
not tighten the brakes,
DO NOT
use the rolling walker. Call Customer Service
1-800-MEDLINE.
Cleaning Instructions
• Periodically wipe down the grips, wheels, frame, seat and totes with a household
cleaner.
• Do not use an organic solvent (such as acetone, MEK, lacquer thinner, lighter fluid, dry
cleaning fluid, gasoline or turpentine) that may dissolve the plastic and cause the grip to
loosen.
