Starting A Recording / Taking A Still Image
1. To start a new recording, tap the ‘New’ button. The ‘Recording Information’ tab will open. ( Figure 3-1 )
2. The ‘Recording Information’ tab displays the name of the recording, any Fields that have been assigned &
their corresponding Values.
3. Start by entering a name for the case or a Value for a Field (such as Patient, Facility, Notes) . Tap a Field and
the on screen keyboard will appear. Type the information into the on screen keyboard and hit the ‘Enter’ button.
4. Repeat step 2 to enter Values for the remaining Fields. Fields can be added/deleted as needed from the
‘Settings’ tab (see pg. 28) , prior to starting a case.
5. To begin a recording session, tap the ‘Record’ button.
6. To pause recording during a session, tap the ‘Pause’ button. Tapping the ‘Record’ button will resume the session.
7. To capture a still image while recording, simply tap the ‘Capture’ button.

Selecting Cameras
Cameras are selected and switched using the four camera buttons under the Preview Pane (Figure 3-2) . These
buttons are labeled with the names given to them using the Camera Labels tab (see pg. 27) . Switching can occur
between the four inputs during a recording session, but the recording must be paused prior to switching.
