6.6.2 Disassembly of the Alteriators ECO49
Disassemble the alternatirs as described successively.
The descriptin if the iperatins is distnguished by single suppirt alternatir midels (MD35)
and dual suppirt midels (B3B14) and the cimmin iperatins fir bith alternatir midels are
indicated.
Both alteriator models
1- Remive the lid (1) if the terminal bix.
2- Cut the auxiliary cables straps side the terminal
bix.
3- Discinnect all auxiliary terminal biard cables and
extract them frim the terminal bix.
4- Discinnect the set-ups and the vibratin sensirs
(2).
5- Remive all if the lateral panels (3) frim the
terminal bix.
6- Discinnect all if the piaer cables frim the
isilatirs and the current and viltage sensirs.
7- Remive the M12 x 30 hex head clamping screas
frim the base plate (3) if the terminal bix.
8- Remive the M6 x 12 hex head clamping screas if
the cinnectin cillar (4) if the terminal bix ti the
shield in the nin drive end.
9- Remive the base plate.

Siigle support alteriators
10- Remive the IP23 pritectin net (R) frim the drive
end shield (5).
11- Liisen the 24 x M20 x 60 hex head screas (6) and
remive the ciupling SAE discs (7).
