Fuel Filter - In Line

.Refer to Figure 9.21.The in line fuel filter (2) is located below the electric fuel pump (1). is not a
serviceable item and must be replaced. It is not possible to dismantle and clean the filter.

PROCEDURE

1.

Unscrew the filter canister.

2.

Dispose of the filter canister in an environmentally safe way.

3.

Smear the rubber ring on the new filter canister with grease.

4.

Screw on the filter canister.

5.

Hand tighten only - do not use grips etc.
