CONTRAST

Used to optimize the contrast of the LCD at various viewing angles. This is
factory preset for optimal viewing. By stepping through the 8 settings, the
contrast can be improved for off-angle or temperature extreme applications. If
the display is ghosting (off segments are visible), use a lower setting such as 1-4.
If the display is too dim, use a higher setting such as 5-8.
