Troubleshooting
With this subwoofer, you purchased a product built to the state of the art and operationally safe. Nevertheless,
problems or errors may occur. The following contains descriptions for the removal of possible interference.
Always observe the safety information!
No function, the POWER (3) display does not light up.
• Is the device switched on?
• Is the mains plug connected to the mains socket?
• Is the subwoofer’s fuse defective?
• Check the mains socket. Is it properly supplied with current?
The POWER (3) display lights up, but there is no sound.
• Has the protective circuit triggered because of a short-circuit at the speaker output for the satellite speakers? Is
the display PROTECT (7) lit?
• Is the volume control on the mixer set to minimum?
• Is the mixer properly connected to the input?
• Is a muting function active at the mixer?
Only one satellite speaker is working.
• Is the respective connection line of the mixer OK?
• Are the satellite speakers connected to the SET POWER OUT (10) connections correctly?
• Is the balance or panorama controller at the mixer set incorrectly?
• Is the connection line from the audio source to the mixer connected correctly?
A drone is audible.
• Are the signal cables from the mixer to the subwoofer OK?
• Are the signal cables from the audio source to the mixer okay?
Repairs other than those described above must only be carried out by an authorised specialist.
