10. Commissioning
TITLE
The button TITLE (19) selects between the different title displays (TITLE/ALBUM/ARTIST).
• Push the TITLE button (19) until the desired track display appears.
Track display is only supported for MP3 files.
Keeping the button pushed makes it possible to choose between FOLDER, M3U Scan, XML Scan and WPL Scan
in pause mode. The setting M3U, XML and WPL can only be used if the respective playlist formats are stored on
the connected USB drive.
SINGLE (AUTO CUE) / CONTINUE Playback
AUTO CUE : For single track playback (AUTO CUE), the device enters pause mode after each track played.
The CUE point is automatically set to the beginning of the new track.
CONTINUE : Continuous track playback means that the CD or storage medium is continually played back.
• Use the SINGLE (21) button to select single track playback (AUTO CUE) of continuous (CONTINUE) track
playback.
SLEEP Function
The CD player has a SLEEP function (the laser and drive units are switched off). If the device is in pause mode
and not operated anymore, it switches to SLEEP mode after the set time.
• Push and hold the TIME button (20). Now turn the TRACK dial (3) to set the time.
• Push the PLAY/PAUSE
(14) button to deactivate SLEEP mode..
SCRATCH Function
When the SCRATCH (vinyl) function is activated, you can scratch the track selected with the JOG wheel (24) on
a record player. The JOG wheel surface (24) is touch sensitive when the SCRATCH function is active (TOUCH
SENSITIVITY).
• Select the function SCRATCH with the button JOG MODE (7). The SCRATCH LED lights up when the func-
tion is activated.
• Start playback of a track. Touch the surface to stop playback.
• Touch (surface) and turn the JOG wheel (24) to scratch.
• Remove your hand from the surface. Normal playback is resumed.
If you want to change the speed during playback with the JOG WHEEL (24) (PITCH BEND), you must
only touch the JOG wheel edge while turning.
