Operation
Example:
Effect light channel 5 is assigned to the light control device channel 9.
• Press the FINE (15) and MODE (14) buttons at once twice until the ASSIGN LED below the display (6) lights up.
• Select the desired light effect with the respective SCANNER (1) button. The corresponding LED must flash.
• First use the FADE TIME (16) fader to select the control device channel 9 (=PAN (13) control). Channel 9 is
indicated on the display (6).
• Then use the SPEED fader (17) to select light control device channel 5. Channel 5 is indicated on the display (6).
• Briefly press the FINE (15) and MODE (14) buttons at the same time. All LEDs will light up briefly, and the setting
is saved.
Set the desired light control device channel first with the FADE TIME (16) fader when selecting
channels, because it might otherwise be changed again when setting the effect light channel with the
SPEED (17) fader.
Fade Time Assignment
This function is used to determine if the Fade Time setting affects only the PAN/TILT motion or all DMX channels.
This may be used, e.g. when the scanner or moving head motion should be slow, but the gobo and
colour change should be fast to react.
• Turn off the device with the POWER switch (26).
• Hold down the MODE (14) and TAP DISPLAY (10) buttons at once while switching the light control device back
on.
• Press the TAP DISPLAY button (10) to switch between the two operating functions.
ALL CH FD TIME > the fade time setting affects all channels
ONLY X/Y FD TIME > the fade time setting only affects the PAN/TILT motion
• Briefly press the MODE (14) and TAP DISPLAY (10) buttons at once to save the setting. All LEDs will light up
briefly, and the setting is saved.
