In clock mode, press and hold down key “
C
” until
the 24-hour display appears. Then let go of the
key. The display now starts to flash and HR
appears in the centre line. Use key “
B
” to switch
between 24-hour and 12-hour display. Confirm
with key “
C
”. You can now set the time.
The hour display (HR) now starts to flash. Use key
“
B
” to set the hours and confirm with key “
C
”.
The minute display (MIN) now starts to flash. Use
key “
B
” to set the minutes and confirm with key
“
C
”.
Now set the year (YR), month (MTH) and day
(DAY) in the same way and confirm each setting
with key “
C
”.
The clock function is now set and the pulse
computer is ready for use. You can switch bet-
ween clock mode and pulse mode by pressing
key “
A
”.
If you make a mistake when setting the clock,
restart the relevant setting from the beginning.
